She was triaged at 09:12. At 13:40 nobody could say she was still waiting. The bed state lives on a whiteboard, the drug round on paper, and the claim goes in three weeks late.

One chart per patient

Allergies, diagnoses, history, notes, observations, and results on one record. Clinical coding against the catalogues your country uses. Confidential charts open only to the care team, with every break-glass access logged.

Orders and results

Lab orders flow to a lab worklist and back as results the clinician reviews. Imaging orders reach your PACS, and reports land on the ordering clinician's desk. Notes are signed, and trainees' notes are co-signed.

Clinics and the front desk

Schedules, walk-ins, queues, and check-in for every department. Reminders go out before appointments, and no-shows are marked so the next patient is seen sooner.

ED board and triage

Every patient from arrival to discharge, with triage reassessment alerts when a wait runs over its target. Patient flow shows who is waiting for triage, who is waiting for a bed, and who is ready to go.

Ambulance dispatch

Dispatch board and live map for your fleet, with pre-alerts so the ED knows who is on the way. Crews record the patient care report on the road.

Beds and admissions

A bed bureau for the whole house and a bed board per ward, synced with the wards and spaces you keep in Campus. Admit, transfer, and discharge without a phone call to find a bed.

eMAR and drug rounds

Prescriptions become scheduled doses on the drug chart. Nurses record each administration on the round, and late or missed doses raise an alert before they are forgotten.

Pharmacy workbench

Verify, prepare, and hand over prescriptions from one queue. Clarifications go back to the prescriber. Refill requests and expiring prescriptions are handled before the patient runs out.

Stock and controlled drugs

Stock by dispensary, requisitions, purchasing, stock takes, and write-offs, with alerts as stock runs low. A controlled drug register records every movement and destruction, and counter sales go through the same stock.

Billing and HMO claims

Charges captured as care is given, deposits and bills at the cashier, and claims to insurers and HMOs with pre-authorisation tracked to the payer's decision. Ageing claims and expiring cover are flagged.

HL7, FHIR, and PACS

Exchange results and orders with labs and other systems over HL7, share records over FHIR, and connect imaging over DICOMweb. Every message is logged so nothing is lost between systems.

Care pathways

Draw how patients move through your facility: each stage, who works it, what must be in place, and where the patient goes next. Publish a new version without losing the old one, and every encounter follows it.

Inside Berth

Designed around how your patients move.

Care pathways you draw yourself

Admission, ICU, step-down, ward, theatre, discharge. Each stage knows its department, its team, and the tasks that must be done before the patient moves on. Routes carry the rules that decide where a patient goes next, so a deteriorating patient on the ward goes back to intensive care, not into a queue.

Every clinician's day on one screen

Patients waiting, critical results, notes to sign, labs and imaging to review, prescriptions to verify, and pre-authorisations waiting on the payer. Each clinician sees their own work, and the house-wide picture of visits, waits, and bed occupancy beside it.
